Product compatibility (such as 9V or 12V routers) is the customer’s responsibility to confirm before placing an order.

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.

Order Placement

By placing an order, you confirm that:

PowerWiFi reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including incorrect information or suspected misuse.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.

Customers must pay the full order amount at the time of delivery. Failure to accept delivery without valid reason may result in order cancellation and restriction from future COD orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 working hours and delivered within 2–4 working days, depending on location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• Damaged product

• Manufacturing defect

• Wrong item delivered

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and returned with original packaging.

Warranty & Liability

Our products are designed to provide stable backup power. However, PowerWiFi is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Incorrect voltage usage

• Improper installation

• Use with unsupported devices
